Design of Highsnobiety ‘New Luxury’s New Rules’ white paper.
‘In December 2018, we published our first white paper: The New Luxury. It was a deep dive into where luxury was heading. We discovered how, for an emerging generation of consumers, traditional boundaries and definitions were eroding. Suddenly, it seemed as though there was one playground made up of different brands from different corners of the fashion spectrum. And that playground was (and still is) more open than ever.
Since coining this term, The New Luxury has taken on a life of its own, becoming common parlance in the fashion industry and beyond and with it the rules on how to credibly and authentically market and position a brand have dramatically changed. To mark five years of Highsnobiety’s New Luxury research, we release ‘New Luxury’s New Rules.’
